How do I make sure I order the right size?
The product descriptions for our apparel items include a size chart so you can check which of our sizes is best for you before your make your purchase.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
If you wish to amend an order please contact us at service@napoleonicimpressions as soon as possible (within 24 hours) so we can inform our suppliers and make the necessary changes before the item(s) goes into production.
What are the shipping options?
We offer a single free shipping option for all orders. Some products may be eligible for tracked shipping. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information about tracked shipping.
What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
Most of our orders are fulfilled in the UK or in the United States and customers from either jurisdiction will not normally have to pay any taxes or duties. Customs duties vary depending on the value of the products and your location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for information about our fulfillment locations to get an indication of whether you will be charged customs duties.
When will I receive my order?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the items you have purchased. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details about expected shipping times. Please note that fulfillment times for some of our suppliers have increased during the covid-19 pandemic.
What do I do if I never received my order?
Please see our Shipping Policy for expected delivery times. If your order is untracked and your items have not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at email@example.com and we will try to find out more information for you and send you a replacement if required. Please note that fulfillment times may be affected by the covid-19 pandemic.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
If you have received an order that is damaged or defective, we will be happy to exchange it for free. Please send us photographic evidence of the damage and we will send you a replacement. You are not required to send the item back. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.
I am dissatisfied with my product. How do I return it?
If you are dissatisfied with a product without any damage or defects, you have the right to exchange it for another within 30 days of your order (unless it has taken more than 30 days to receive your order). Please note that you will be required to pay shipping on any returns. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.
Why do you not have any products featuring my favourite historical figure?
We are growing our store and will be expanding our range to include designs featuring the major historical figures from the Napoleonic era. If you would like us to make a design featuring your favourite historical figure, please contact us and we will try our best to respond to your request.
How are your products made? Where do the materials come from?
Our designs are printed onto products by our suppliers. We aim to work with suppliers who are conscious about ethical and environmental issues. Please refer to our Sustainability page for more information.
Can your products be customized?
You can include add a custom engraving to our jewellery products for an additional fee. We are also planning to introduce personalized and customized options for a larger number of products in the near future.
Why are you launching your store during a global pandemic?
With much of the world under varying states of lockdown and supply chains disrupted, this is clearly not the most auspicious time to launch any business. Nevertheless, we have decided to proceed with our launch plans as we believe our products can offer some much-needed joy and excitement for our customers stuck at home. We are registered as a private limited company in the United Kingdom. We have no physical point of sale and only conduct our business activities online.
