This beautiful circle pendant necklace features George Dawe's portrait of Tsar Alexander I of Russia (1801-25). Alexander was present at the Battle of Austerlitz, when the Austro-Russian coalition army was defeated in one of Napoleon's greatest victories. Alexander would exact his revenge in 1812 by adopting a scorched earth strategy against Napoleon's invasion. He was instrumental in the formation of the Sixth Coalition and the successful campaigns of 1813-1814 resulting in the allies capturing Paris and forcing Napoleon's abdication.
In order to make it extra special, you can add a custom engraving on the back, making a perfect gift for your loved ones.
